Indigenous Rights Radio at the 2017 UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues

Indigenous individuals from around the world are arriving to New York City to make their voices heard at the UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues, which is holding its 16th session in New York City this week. This year's theme is: the Tenth Anniversary of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples: measures taken to implement the Declaration.

Keep up with the speeches, sessions, and interventions at the UNPFII with Cultural Survival's live coverage on Twitter, and participate in the discussion by using the hashtag #Proud2BIndigenous on all social media platforms.

Our Indigenous Rights Radio producers are busy recording interviews with participants and attendees on the forum, which will be released in the next few weeks on our website and Soundcloud page. Below are the first few programs recorded at Week 1 of the forum. As always, our programs are free for you to listen to, download, and broadcast!
