While we do our best to respond to these requests, we have limited capacity and resources and cannot fulfill every inquiry. Outlined in our mission, Cultural Survival advocates for Indigenous Peoples' rights and supports Indigenous communities’ self-determination, cultures and political resilience since 1972. We prioritize our time, support and resources for Indigenous Peoples, established partners and requests that are reciprocal and aligned with our values. We are unable to accommodate requests that fall outside of our mission. Furthermore, we ask that requests for support or collaboration, even those that are time-sensitive, honor the time and resources needed from our end to support. It is advised that requests be made at least two weeks in advance.
If you have a general research question about Indigenous Peoples, before writing to us, we encourage you to first search our website that archives nearly 50 years of information, scholarship, and authorship on and by Indigenous Peoples.
