Zambian officials announced they would continue to alleviate fears of Rwandan Hutus so they may feel safe returning home. As part of these efforts, the government plans to initiate a “go-and-see exercise,” which encourages a few Rwandans to go home, and then return to Zambia to tell the Hutus about the conditions in Rwanda.
