Jakarta media has strongly criticized Indonesian army personnel who killed ten Papuans in a pre-dawn raid in the highlands of West Papua, and then published photographs of the bodies on the front page of the Indonesia Post. The Jakarta Post says of the incident that "even in the most brutal of wars such behavior is intolerable.”
