WEST PAPUA: Human Rights Clinic finds genocide

After examining human-rights abuses in West Papua, Yale Law School’s International Human Rights Clinic concluded the term genocide can be applied to Indonesian conduct in West Papua. The paper was prepared at the request of the Indonesia Human Rights Network.
