Shoshone and Arapaho youth of the Eagle Staff Runners Association are running the Indian Gap Trail across the Red Desert and the Jack Morrow Hills to bring attention to the area’s sacred sites. The group hopes to have an influence on the Bureau of Land Management’s oil and gas development plan.
