Special Rapporteur Reports to Human Rights Council on Extractive Industries Operating on Indigenous Lands

UN Special Rapporteur on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, James Anaya, submitted his annual report to the Human Rights Council about the impacts of extractive industries operating on or near Indigenous People's lands. The report was based on a questionnaire on the issue that was distributed to governments, Indigenous Peoples, corporations and civil society.
