INDIA: Security tightened after threats against the Dalai Lama

The Dalai Lama's security has been tightened after threatening letters were received and posters were distributed in Dharamsala, India, calling for the expulsion of Tibetans. Police have started an investigation of an unidentified Hindu extremist group, which is demanding that all Tibetan refugees and the Dalai Lama leave the country.
