A seminar was held in Addis Ababa this week to review the process of the Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper (PRSP) which will be submitted to the World Bank and International Monetary Fund later this year. Parliamentarian representatives of the pastoral community called for greater empowerment and meaningful participation of pastoral communities who are targeted to benefit from PRSP.
