The Colombia Research Team of Amnesty International has reported the disappearance of Manual Francisco Navarro Culma, a leader of the CiÈnaga del OpÛn community. Its people had been forcibly displaced from the area, and relocated in the north of Barrancabermeja , Department of Santander.
