The Vietnamese government is offering Cambodian authorities compensation for Montagnard refugees handed over to Vietnamese authorities. For the past two years, the Montagnards fleeing their homes in Vietnam have been arrested by Cambodian authorities and handed back over to Vietnamese authorities. A member of the Cambodian Parliament has called for the human rights violations towards the Montagnard refugees to end.
