A judge in the High Court of Lobatse, Botswana this week complied with the government’s request to dismiss the lawsuit -- in which 242 San are declaring their forced removal from the Central Kalahari Game Reserve to be unconstitutional. The lawsuit was dismissed on a technicality concerning document preparation, but San lawyer Rahim Khan reports that his clients will follow proper procedure and file their case again.
