BOLIVIA: Indigenous protestors killed during clash with state forces
Recent protests in Bolivia over the state’s plans to export natural gas to Mexico and the U.S. have resulted in the deaths of at least five Aymara peasants in Achacachi. Bolivian military and police are blamed for the killings.
