From last month, the main roads connecting La Paz to outlying regions had been blocked by Cocaleros, protesting against the anti-coca plant decrees passed by the government. Now it seems that their voices have been heard - plantation and cultivation has been decreed legal, and 1,000 trucks will be delivered to them for transport.
