The Youth Affairs Council of WA (Western Australia) is preparing a case to demonstrate that the State Government’s newly enacted Northbridge curfew racially targets Aboriginal youths. The evidence they are compiling will be presented in two weeks to the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission (HREOC).
