Dubbo, New South Whales, will soon utilize the new “circle sentencing” program. The program will allow Aboriginals to have a greater say in determining the punishment of criminal offenders by including the magistrate, the victim, the offender, both of their families, and Aboriginal elders from the community in the sentencing process.
