Maya Chipana Lazzaro (Quechua), Bazaar Vendor Coordinator, holds a master's degree from the University of New Mexico and a bachelor's degree from The New School. Her work largely surrounds water conservation and protection and she regularly speaks and writes on decolonizing and protecting Indigenous healing wisdom, ecology, and sovereignty. She is the youngest of ten children and has grown up between Brooklyn, New York, and her family's homelands in Mendoza, Argentina, and the altiplano region of Bolivia.
