U.S. Congressmen and members of the U.S. Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE) have criticized Slovakia’s response to a recent probe into allegations of forced sterilization of Romany women in Slovakia. The Committee has urged Slovakia to improve its health-care system and increase legal guarantees to Roma.
