Friends of Peoples Close to Nature (fPcN) is hosting a “Tribes and Tribulations” film festival, September 27th and 28th, in London. The festival features indigenous groups throughout the world and seeks to explore the barriers these groups face in achieving self-determination. The filmmakers, as well as representatives from many of the indigenous groups in the films, will be present at the two-day event to discuss relevant issues. The schedule currently includes films on groups in the Americas, Africa, West Papua, and Asia.
