The 18th Kiruna Snow festival was held this past weekend 140 km north of the Arctic Circle. The festival included a renowned snow sculpture competition, traditional Saami singing (known as jojk), foods and crafts. One of the highlights was a traditional reindeer sled race through the center of Kiruna.
