Members from The Nation of Hawaii, a sovereignty group, are distributing leaflets in Waikiki to educate tourists about the sovereignty movement. The leaflets include a copy of Clinton’s 1993 Apology Resolution, and are designed to gain tourists’ support, not to alienate them from the island.
