Loggers and squatters, suspected by the Entho-Environmental Defense Association of consorting with IBAMA officials, have invaded the Bom Futuro National Forest. Covering 249,000 hectares, this forest has been a target for illegal loggers since 1997 and suffered numerous invasions.
