Afghanistan’s nomadic Kuchi tribes fear they will not be included in the Loya Jirga, a gathering of Afghan elders responsible for electing the first legitimate administration. Kuchi feel they are the most under appreciated and mistreated ethnic minority in the country -- and they want to be involved in the election process.
