WORLD: Case studies help to enshrine intellectual property rights

A collection of case studies on intellectual property systems in Australia, written by Ms. Terri Janke, an Australian lawyer and descendant of the Merian people of the Torres Strait Islands, has been published by The World Intellectual Property Organization (WPO). The compilation attempts to foster interactive dialogue, mutual cooperation, and collective protection efforts of the people who plan and implement property laws with the people whom they serve to defend.
