The Bush administration has objected to the $200 million water plan that would substantially help the Chippewa Cree tribe on Rocky Boy's Reservation in Montana. Despite the bill first being promised four years ago, Commissioner of the Bureau of Reclamation John Keys declared the project “premature.”
