The Guatemalan Forensic Anthropology Foundation (FAFG) has uncovered the remains of six individuals in San Pedro Jocopilas, Quiche, a largely indigenous area targeted during Guatemala’s thirty-six-year civil war. Forensic workers believe that there are many more victims yet to be located in the region and hope to continue their work over the next month.
