Paramilitary forces deployed into tribal territory in the North West Frontier Province and South Western Balochistan Province are accused of firing on 70 children while attempting to search a school during operations against Al-Qaeda. Also, peoples’ homes were bulldozed under the “collective responsibility” clause of the Frontier Crimes Regulations.
