Mr. Akpo Mudiaga Odje, constitutional lawyer and facilitator of the Delta Indigenes Forum (DIF), stressed that there must be peace between feuding ethnic groups in Warri, the Delta State, to achieve progress and development. He urged them to embrace the peace programs the government has in place and argued that the people have chosen to remain in this destructive conflict.
