A leader of the Zonal Indigenous Organization of Putumayo (OZIP) has been arrested along with five Yanacona members. The arrest is part of a campaign initiated by Colombian President Alvaro Uribe Velez and targets NGO’s and human rights organizations for their reputed ties to terrorist groups.
