The UN High Commission for Refugees UNHCR announced the return of 104 central highland refugees back to Vietnam. According to the Foreign Affairs Ministry Spokeswoman Phan Thuy Thanh the ethnic minority people “…were only victims of deceptive tricks carried out by bad elements and hostile forces” and they won’t be punished or discriminated against when they return to Vietnam.
