A Tibetan delegation has succeeded in attending the United Nations World Summit on Sustainable Development (WSSD) despite attempts by the Chinese government to block their participation. The 20-member delegation includes Tibetan monks and representatives from NGOs as well as officials of the Tibetan Government in Exile.
