The Banwaon and Manobo Lumads (tribespeople) of Agusan del Sur concluded a four-day festival with an unusual air of exclusivity. Reporters, tourists, and outsiders were not permitted to witness the event. The celebration included performances to educate indigenous youth about their culture.
