PAPUA NEW GUINEA: Potential trouble for the Bougainville peace process

The Bougainville peace process may not be going as smoothly as it seems, reported John Momis, governor of Bougainville. The Papua New Guinean government is not honoring its promises to provide funds for the restoration of the region as stipulated in the 1998 Lincoln Agreement on Peace.
