Yet another assault on human rights groups in Guatemala occurred on September 8 in Guatemala City. This episode of break-in and robbery took place at the Association of Relatives of Detained and Disappeared of Guatemala, which has promoted the investigation of military activity during the country’s 36-year civil war.
