FIJI: Fiji’s Great Council of Chiefs not looking to take over senate
Chairman of the Great Council of Chiefs, Ratu Epeli Ganilau, rejected the recent proposal calling for the senate to be replaced by the Council. Ratu Epeli expressed his stands that the senate and the constitution do not need to be changed.
