The First Annual Native Hawaiian Conference, presented by the Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement, will be held in Honolulu September 10-14, with a theme of “Strength Through Unity”. The conference will feature workshops on community development resources as well as a marketplace featuring Native Hawaiian artisans. Issues to be discussed at the conference include health, housing, education, economic development and Native Hawaiian culture.
