ETHIOPIA: Eighteen dead after violence between ethnic groups

The Ethiopian Human Rights Council has announced that there were casualties resulting from ethnic conflict between Somali and Oromo groups in West Harerge. The two groups are vying for power over the Meisso District administration, which lies between Somali and Oromo territories.
